Job summary

Passport is seeking a Revenue Systems & Operations Analyst to own the Salesforce admin and revenue tech stack. This hands-on role partners with GTM teams to automate workflows, improve data quality, and scale systems for growth.

You'll translate business needs into scalable solutions, build dashboards, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize processes across the revenue engine from a remote North American base.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Salesforce Administration or related systems experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce with Flows, validation rules, and automation.
• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, APIs, and/or JavaScript is a strong plus.
• Experience with revenue tech platforms such as HubSpot, Clay, Chili Piper, Outreach, Gong, Similarweb.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce CRM administrator.
• Design, configure, and maintain objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
• Build and optimize automations using Salesforce Flow and declarative tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve them quickly.
• Manage user provisioning, security, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Ensure CRM data quality through governance, deduplication, and process improvements.
• Help evaluate and implement new Salesforce features and capabilities.
• Administer and optimize our broader revenue technology stack, including platforms such as HubSpot, Clay, Gong Engage, Similarweb, Chili Piper, Sweep, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Coefficient, and more.
