Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring a Revenue Operations professional to own the systems and workflows that power our go-to-market engine. You will design HubSpot workflows, build automations in Zapier and Airtable, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate internal software, ERPs, EHRs, and data lakes.

This role welcomes new grads with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in the operations/technical intersection.

Qualifications

• Background in math, engineering, or software engineering.
• Interest in operations/technical intersection.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex HubSpot workflows for lead routing, lifecycle stages, and reporting across our sales and CS motions.
• Build automations in Zapier and Airtable to connect systems that don't talk to each other out of the box.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to scope and build integrations between our internal software, ERPs, EHRs, data lakes, and go-to-market tools.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage a range of B2B tools—from CRMs to marketing automation platforms—as our systems stack scales.
• Own the health of our operational stack: monitor, diagnose, and fix broken integrations and automations.
• Translate messy, ambiguous business requirements into clean, scalable technical workflows.
