Alpaca Health is hiring a Revenue Operations professional to own the systems and workflows that power our go-to-market engine. You will work at the intersection of business and engineering, building infrastructure that enables sales, CS, and growth to scale rapidly without breaking things.

New grads are welcome; a background in math, engineering, or software engineering is valued for applying technical thinking to real business problems.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply technical thinking to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build HubSpot workflows for lead routing, lifecycle stages, and reporting across sales and CS.
• Create and maintain automations in Zapier and Airtable to connect systems.
• Scope and build integrations between internal software, ERPs, EHRs, data lakes, and GTM tools.
• Evaluate and manage a range of B2B tools as the stack scales.
• Monitor and fix broken integrations and automations to avoid business impact.
• Translate messy business requirements into clean, scalable technical workflows.
