Job summary

Albi is hiring a GTM Engineer to own the technical systems turning buyer intent into qualified pipeline. You’ll optimize HubSpot workflows, routing, and analytics to remove the funnel lag and maximize revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

Hands-on GTM engineering / RevOps building experience (2–4 years).
Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, CS, Marketing, or related field.
Based in the Chicago metro; hybrid, in-office-first role.
Strong HubSpot, CRM and automation experience.

Responsibilities

Architect and build GTM systems and workflows in HubSpot and across the stack.
Improve tech stack implementation and expand HubSpot Marketing & Sales Enterprise.
Build nurture and follow-up automation across the funnel.
Lead data enrichment, lead scoring, and data hygiene.
Support attribution and reporting with dashboards.
Audit and consolidate the GTM tool stack and ensure data integrity SLAs.
Produce insights on GTM motions and optimization opportunities.
Run day-to-day data routing, automation, and intent signals.
