Job summary

Verse Medical is building a revenue operations function and seeks a RevOps Analyst / GTM Engineer. This role blends pipeline analytics with the systems work—Salesforce object model, routing, data pipelines, automations, and AI-native tooling.

You will own end-to-end revenue processes, design dashboards, and build GTM integrations. The team collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement to turn data into decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in revenue operations or analytics supporting a sales team.
• Strong GTM metrics, pipeline mechanics, CRM hygiene.
• Ownership of a CRM or data pipeline end-to-end.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
• Proficient SQL and Salesforce administration literacy.

Responsibilities

• Run pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and weekly revenue reporting with accurate data.
• Monitor stage progression, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and deal slippage.
• Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline inspection and accountability.
• Own target account, territory, ownership, and routing logic as the team scales.
• Model quotas, capacity, and comp plans to pay people correctly.
