Job summary

Steer is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to build and scale our RevOps foundation across GTM functions. This role leads a small team and owns the RevTech stack, including HubSpot and Chargebee, driving automation, AI adoption, and data-driven decision-making.

100% remote role for US-based candidates. You will optimize enablement, ramp, and forecasting, partnering with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Product to accelerate growth and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of RevOps or related leadership experience.
• Deep experience configuring HubSpot and billing/subscription platforms.
• Hands-on track record deploying AI tools and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own core revenue systems (HubSpot, Chargebee) and RevTech automation.
• Lead enablement, ramp, and team productivity initiatives.
• Diagnose funnel leaks and build dashboards and forecasts.
• Define data governance across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor 2 direct reports in RevOps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product.
