AgentSync is hiring a RevOps Analyst to own the GTM tech stack and drive automation across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related tools. You will deliver annual planning, manage data integrity, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize forecasting and commissions.

The role emphasizes hands-on system work, cross-team collaboration, and leveraging AI to speed delivery in a high-growth environment. Denver-area preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems
• Hands-on Salesforce admin experience with flows, reports, dashboards, and data loads
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data handling skills
• Actively using AI tools to improve quality and speed of work
• Strong ownership mentality and attention to data that drives compensation
• Clear communicator able to work across teams

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, MonetizeNow
• Build workflows for lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, and lifecycle automation
• Manage user setup, permissions, and new hire provisioning across GTM systems
• Support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, and internal platforms
• Deliver yearly planning cycle in Salesforce: quota, territory changes, forecasting
• Partner with Sales leadership and Finance on planning inputs and handoffs
• Take part in monthly and year-end commission reviews with Finance
• Own GTM reporting dashboards for pipeline, forecast, and performance
• Enforce data governance and validation for a compliance-driven business
• Lean into AI for process improvements and speed to delivery
