Job summary

Extend is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead the operating engine behind our go-to-market teams in San Francisco. You will partner with Finance, Analytics, and GTM leaders to shape coverage models, pricing, and territory design while owning annual planning and quota setting.

You will design and manage the deal desk, forecast accuracy, and performance metrics, and guide the adoption of AI-driven capabilities across the RevOps stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM Strategy
• 3+ years managing a team
• Deep Salesforce & GTM stack knowledge
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Proven track record designing variable compensation plans
• Familiarity with LLM tools (e.g., Claude) in daily workflows
• Clear, direct communicator who can challenge senior sales leaders with data

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to Executives and GTM leadership on coverage models, pricing, packaging, and organizational design
• Own the annual planning cycle end to end, including account segmentation, territory design, capacity, headcount modeling, and quota setting across all Revenue teams
• Build and maintain bottoms-up sales and revenue models in partnership with Finance and Analytics
• Own deal desk operations: establish pricing guardrails and manage approvals for non-standard terms
