Job summary

Kaleris is seeking a RevOps Analyst to transform commercial data into actionable insights and automate reporting using AI tools. You will work with Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and KPIs.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, data familiarity, and the ability to collaborate across teams while delivering clear, scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, data analytics, or related area.
• Relevant internship or co-op experience may be considered toward the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• AI-enabled workflows: design, test, and maintain AI-enabled reporting workflows; identify opportunities to automate.
• Data analysis: analyze pipeline activity, pricing, contract terms, and deal performance to spot trends and risks.
• Reporting and dashboards: build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, to track pipeline health and KPIs.
• Data quality: monitor data integrity across Salesforce; support data-cleanup initiatives.
• Forecasting support: assist with compiling and validating data used in annual/quarterly forecasting.
• Process documentation: create documentation for reporting processes and AI automations.
• Continuous improvement: propose new reporting, analytical, and automation approaches.
