Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in revenue or sales operations, data analytics, or related area.
• Internship or co-op experience relevant to the role may be considered.

Responsibilities

• AI and Process Automation: design, test, and maintain AI-enabled workflows to automate reporting and data tasks.
• Data Analysis: analyze pipeline activity, pricing, contract terms, and deal performance for insights.
• Reporting and Dashboards: build dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to track KPIs.
• Data Quality: monitor data quality in Salesforce and support data-cleanup initiatives.
• Forecasting Support: assist with data in annual and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Process Documentation: document reporting processes and AI automations for consistency.
