Sage seeks a RevOps Senior Analyst to support revenue growth and boost sales productivity by delivering effective methodologies, processes, and tools. You will partner with finance and sales to develop models, dashboards, and AI-powered insights that drive performance across the customer lifecycle.

In this role, you will enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to align strategies and optimize revenue

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
• Deep experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to apply AI to improve workflows and drive insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support annual planning processes, including budgeting and target-setting.
• Evaluate QDC and SQO performance and forecasts with model building and commentary.
• Develop dashboards and reports translating data into actionable strategies.
• Drive AI adoption into workflows to increase insight delivery across teams.
• Identify and implement scalable processes across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with managers to uncover incremental revenue opportunities.
• Work with Quota & Commission on compensation plans and capacity planning.
• Cross-train and share knowledge with RevOps analysts.
