Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a RevOps Systems Architect to build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. This role combines Salesforce administration with backend development, creating automations and integrating AI tooling for the CRM ecosystem.

You will own platform administration, develop automations with Flows and Apex, and maintain MCP servers and AI tooling while designing SQL data pipelines. Collaboration with engineering ensures scalable GTM processes in a remote, globally distributed

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Salesforce admin experience with data modeling and configuration.
• Strong Apex development, triggers, and integrations without external help.
• Proficient SQL for complex queries and data pipelines.
• End-to-end systems thinking, tracing dependencies across processes.
• Interest in AI-native architectures and Salesforce–AI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce org: data model, configurations, and health.
• Build automations via Flows, Apex, and custom services for GTM.
• Develop Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling for CRM workflows.
• Design SQL-based data pipelines powering dashboards and revenue reports.
• Translate business problems into technical scope, guiding implementation.
