Job summary

Workiz is seeking a data-driven Revenue/GO-to-Market Operations professional for a hybrid role in San Diego. You will own CRM requests, drive process improvements, maintain data hygiene, and manage lead routing and onboarding so reps can focus on customers.

You will build dashboards, automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate with Sales, CS, and RevOps. A background in SMB SaaS and AI-enabled workflows is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on experience in Revenue, Sales, or GTM Operations.
• Experience in an SMB SaaS startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven experience integrating AI into processes.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Self-starter who owns outcomes and follows through.
• Strong communication across departments and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Requests & feedback - be first contact for Sales and CS, route CRM requests and spot patterns.
• Process improvement - investigate bugs and gaps, fix root causes, roll out improvements.
• Data hygiene - keep pipeline, lifecycle, and deal data clean with checks and deduplication.
• Sales & CS operations - own lead routing, onboarding, retention workflows to hit numbers.
• Reports & dashboards - build and maintain reporting for team and leadership.
• Automations - turn manual work into scalable automations.
• Partnership & growth - collaborate with Sales, CS, and RevOps for longer-term strategic work.
