Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking an ITAM support associate to maintain day-to-day operations across forward and reverse logistics. You will handle inventory, asset management, e-recycling, and ticket-based service requests with a strong emphasis on customer service and quality.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, verifying deliveries, updating inventory records, and coordinating with vendors. Strong Microsoft Office skills and security-aware practices are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions to ensure quality
• Proficiency with ticket, inventory, and dispatch management systems; basic hardware knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support and cross-train into L1 ITAM services for day-to-day operations
• Assist with inventory, asset management and e-recycling
• Use ticketing systems to report work and track metrics
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels; perform warehouse tasks as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party teams for collection and recycling activities
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the warehouse; assist with loading/unloading
• Contribute to global projects and process improvements as required
