Astreya is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Support Associate for a remote role based in New York. You will support L1 ITAM services for forward and reverse logistics, manage inventory and e-recycling, and handle ticketing with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

You will verify returns, inspect shipments, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining inventory records and contributing to large-scale projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ related experience or training.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to learn new software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and cross-train into L1 ITAM services for forward and reverse logistics.
• Assist with inventory, asset management and e-recycling.
• Use ticketing systems and maintain customer service quality.
• Verify deliveries, inspect returns, and report damages or shortages.
• Load/unload shipments and manage warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in large scale projects.
