Job summary

Astreya is seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset Technician for our New York operations. You will support L1 ITAM services, assist with inventory, asset management and e-recycling, and use ticketing systems to ensure quality and timely responses.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting returns, maintaining inventory records, loading/unloading shipments, and coordinating with third-party vendors. Prior experience with inventory software and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Proficient with ticketing, inventory, and dispatch systems.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Support and cross-train into L1 ITAM services for day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with inventory, asset management and e-recycling.
  • Use ticketing systems focusing on customer service, SOP adherence, and quality.
  • Report work via ticketing systems and track metrics.
  • Maintain inventory records and stock items; coordinate with vendors.
