Job summary

Astreya is hiring a Reverse Logistics Technician I in Kirkland, WA. The role supports daily forward and reverse logistics, inventory control, and e-recycling.

You will handle return shipments, inspect items for damage, and maintain accurate stock records to ensure efficient operations. The position requires a high school diploma (GED) and 2+ years’ related experience, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in ticketing systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow directions to ensure quality.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems, inventory and dispatch management.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments; may coordinate activities of other personnel.
• Proficient English communication in speaking, writing and reading.

Responsibilities

• Support and cross-train into L1 ITAM services to maintain day-to-day operations for forward and reverse logistics.
• Assist with inventory, asset management and e-recycling.
• Use ticketing systems with focus on customer service, SOP adherence and quality.
• Utilize inventory data management software to maintain accuracy and workflow.
• Triage and fulfill customer requests via web portal and in person.
• Receive and inspect return shipments and verify deliveries against requests; report discrepancies.
