Job summary

Astreya Consultancy India is seeking support staff to assist with L1 ITAM services, inventory control, and e-recycling processes. You will work with ticketing systems, ensure SOP adherence, and report progress and metrics.

Role involves loading/unloading shipments, maintaining stock records, and coordinating with vendors for collection and recycling activities. Strong attention to detail and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma plus 2+ years of related experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow instructions.
• Experience with ticketing, inventory, and dispatch systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support L1 ITAM services and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Assist with inventory, asset management, and e-recycling.
• Use ticketing systems with focus on customer service and SOP adherence.
• Report work accomplishments and track metrics.
• Handle customer requests via web portal and in person.
• Receive, inspect, and verify return shipments, notify appropriate parties.
• Load/unload shipments and perform warehouse duties.
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for collection and recycling.
