Job summary

Amazon Lab126 is seeking a Reverse Logistics Process Engineer to own the roadmap for operational excellence across its devices reverse logistics network. You will define the process engineering strategy, build a roadmap, set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements with measurable metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a STEM field.
• 6+ years in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with Lean Principles, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and optimize reverse logistics processes to reduce cost and improve quality
• Lead stakeholder reviews to identify process improvements in cycle time, efficiency, capacity, UPH, and productivity
• Lead line setup including layout, capacity modeling, equipment specs, system integration
• Define process engineering metrics and apply Lean Six Sigma to eliminate excess
• Develop SOPs, dashboards and data visualizations for process metrics
• Identify and deploy best known standards locally and globally
• Use statistical analysis and data modeling to optimize performance
• Bridge operations, engineering and business teams to translate needs into requirements
• Design and coordinate cross-functional projects with clear technical requirements
• Own the technical roadmap for operations process engineering with measurable goals
