Amazon Lab126 is seeking a Process Engineer to own the roadmap for operational excellence across the reverse logistics network. You will define strategy, set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements with measurable outcomes across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical or related STEM field required.
• 6+ years of manufacturing, process, industrial engineering experience.
• Experience with process design based on Lean Principles, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and optimize reverse logistics processes to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Lead stakeholder reviews to identify process improvement opportunities in cycle time, capacity, and productivity.
• Define process engineering metrics and leverage Lean Six Sigma to eliminate waste.
• Develop SOPs, dashboards, and data visualizations of process engineering metrics.
• Own the technical roadmap for operations process engineering with measurable goals.
