Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain or reverse logistics.
• Ability to travel within regional centers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and track KPIs for reverse logistics performance.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of damage and losses.
• Collaborate with RDCs and partners to drive improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams.
• Travel to regional distribution centers and customer locations as needed.
