Job summary

Stores is seeking an RCC Operations Manager to lead reverse logistics and returns processing at our Returns Consolidation Center. The role supervises a team of hourly associates across receiving, inspecting, grading, and routing returns to restocking, vendor returns, liquidation, and destruction.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Distribution Management.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in distribution, transportation, or operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receipt, processing, and disposition of store returns and recyclable items; monitor KPIs and quality.
• Forecast labor, capacity, and resources to align with volume and demand.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive cost-to-serve reductions.
