Job summary

Astreya is seeking an L1 IT Asset Management Support specialist to sustain day-to-day operations, assist with inventory, asset management, and e-recycling.

You will work with ticketing systems to deliver excellent customer service, report metrics, and coordinate with third-party vendors for collection and recycling activities.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Proficient in MS Office and standard desktop applications.
• Experience with ticketing systems and inventory data management.
• Ability to operate basic material handling equipment (if certified) is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and cross-train into all L1 ITAM services to maintain day-to-day operations.
• Assist with inventory, asset management, and e-recycling.
• Use ticketing systems with focus on customer service, SOP adherence, and quality.
• Report work accomplishments and track metrics in the ticketing system.
• Maintain inventory data management software to ensure accuracy.
• Triage and fulfill customer requests via web portal or in person.
• Receive, inspect, and verify returns against hardware requests; notify vendors.
• Load/unload shipments and perform loading dock duties.
• Maintain inventory records and order supplies as needed.
• Perform cleanup duties to keep warehouse safe and orderly.
• Contribute to large-scale global projects as required.
• Hardware data destruction and sanitization for e-recycling.
