Job summary

Astreya is hiring a Warehouse Associate in San Francisco, CA. You will handle hardware picking, staging, packing, receiving, and inventory control, following FIFO and SOP guidelines to ensure accurate shipments and data integrity.

This role requires attention to detail, basic computer hardware knowledge, and the ability to use ticketing and inventory systems. On-site work with benefits and a supportive team environment is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years’ related experience or training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions to ensure quality.
• Proficient with ticket, inventory, and dispatch management systems.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and accurate record-keeping.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Hardware picking according to FIFO policies.
• Staging and packing of orders.
• Assist with inventory, hardware management and e-recycling.
• Use ticketing systems to report accomplishments and track metrics.
• Utilize inventory data management software to maintain accuracy.
• Receive and inspect shipments; verify against POs and packing slips.
• Load/unload shipments; loading dock duties as assigned.
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
• Unbox and stock inventory on shelves; break down packing materials.
• Assist in inventory procedures including cycle counts.
• Perform cleanup duties to maintain a safe, orderly warehouse.
• Contribute to large-scale global projects as needed.
• Other duties as required.
