Job summary

You will support procurement, reconcile invoices, manage catalog data, and ensure timely supplier payments while coordinating with internal finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management and procurement.
• Ability to reconcile operational and financial data.
• Familiarity with ERP, asset management, ticketing, or inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational activities across technology suppliers and services.
• Resolve issues with suppliers, remove roadblocks, and keep commitments on track.
• Support purchasing activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
• Partner with suppliers and internal finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain product, pricing, supplier, and catalog data; support financial reporting.
