Astreya is seeking a results-driven Operations Specialist to support daily IT hardware procurement, vendor management, and data-driven decision-making. You will coordinate with suppliers, monitor orders, and ensure accurate catalog information while collaborating with internal finance and IT teams to optimize processes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, data integrity, and continuous improvement across procurement, logistics, and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT hardware procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational activities across assigned technology suppliers and services.
• Work with suppliers to resolve issues and remove roadblocks.
• Monitor equipment orders from request to delivery and identify risks or delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align priorities.
• Provide operational coverage and lead recurring meetings with clear ownership.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes.
• Support purchasing activities including requisitions and purchase orders.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and support financial reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, supplier, and catalog information.
