PACCAR Parts in Renton, WA invites applicants for a Reverse Logistics Summer Internship at our headquarters. The selected candidate will work with industry professionals on Warranty, EZTrac Core Returns, and Credits & Returns, gaining exposure to aftermarket operations, analytics, and supply chain support that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities include analyzing reverse logistics data, developing dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting process

Qualifications

• This internship targets students currently enrolled in college, junior or senior standing.
• Interest in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or Data Analytics is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities are desirable.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or data analysis tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reverse logistics data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support Warranty, EZTrac Core Returns, and Credits & Returns teams with reporting and coordination.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and business metrics to monitor performance.
• Review return transactions and warranty claims for potential improvements.
• Assist with process mapping and documentation of workflows.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Product Support, Inventory Management, IT, and distribution centers.
• Support testing and implementation of process enhancements and system changes.
• Research root causes of issues and propose corrective actions.
