Job summary

PACCAR Parts is offering a Summer Internship in Customer Experience Analytics at our Renton, WA headquarters. You will work directly with one of four Customer Experience departments, gaining exposure to the CX process and building dashboards to analyze service data.

Ideal candidates are college students (junior/senior) with strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Relocation assistance may be available.

Responsibilities

• Interface with dealers and end customers and assist with business processes.
• Review and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Develop and update dashboards and analytics on customer service data.
• Update existing dashboards to be visually appealing and easy to navigate and comprehend for end-users.
• Utilize SQL/Python to provide business insight and automate processes.
