Job summary

PACCAR Parts in Renton, WA offers a Fleet Services summer internship at our headquarters. You will work with industry professionals on program development, revenue growth, profitability, and operational improvement, gaining exposure to fleet and dealer performance, analytics, and cross-functional execution.

Interns learn from managers, develop mentoring relationships, and contribute to key initiatives while preparing fleet-specific reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• A strong interest in Sales and Marketing.
• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Self-motivated and energetic personality with a team focus.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fleet and dealer performance to identify revenue growth and margin improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate sales mix, pricing, and program performance to understand business impacts.
• Develop and improve Tableau dashboards and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with Fleet Services, Pricing, and cross-functional teams on key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve Fleet Services processes, tools, and program execution.
• Prepare fleet-specific reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Maintain dealer-facing Fleet Services information and resources.
• Coordinate fleet program integrations and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to additional Fleet Services initiatives as needed.
