Job summary

PACCAR Parts invites students to join our Fleet Services internship at our Renton, WA headquarters. You will work with industry professionals on program development, revenue growth, profitability, and operational improvement.

Projects provide exposure to fleet and dealer performance, business analytics, and cross-functional program execution. You will learn from Managers and Senior Managers, develop mentoring relationships, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment that values

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Sales and Marketing.
• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-motivation and energetic personality.
• Team-oriented.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong PC Skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• This internship is for students currently enrolled in college, junior or senior standing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze fleet and dealer performance to identify revenue growth and margin improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate sales mix, pricing, and program performance to understand business impacts.
• Develop and improve Tableau dashboards and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with Fleet Services, Pricing, and cross-functional teams on key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve Fleet Services processes, tools, and program execution.
• Prepare fleet-specific reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Maintain dealer-facing Fleet Services information and resources.
• Coordinate fleet program integrations and ongoing maintenance.
• Contribute to additional Fleet Services initiatives as needed.
