Cardinal Health is seeking a Global Process Owner/Advisor for Third Party Returns and Reverse Logistics to serve as the day-to-day liaison among returns processors and multiple internal teams, driving standardized processes and continual improvement across the organization.

The role emphasizes contract compliance, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-volume logistics environment, with travel typically 10-15% and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4-8+ years of pharmaceutical logistics/operations experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume logistics with emphasis on customer focus and operational excellence; reverse logistics a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide returns subject matter expertise across all programs (pre-funded, pass thru and DC).
• Monitor contractual compliance between Cardinal Health and third party returns processors.
• Streamline business flow with third parties and internal teams.
• Identify and implement improvements across people, process, and technology while maintaining quality standards.
• Support improvement of KPIs of the reverse logistics function and review monthly cost/volume summaries with leadership.
• Participate in calls with third party processors and QBRs.
• Identify and train sales on best practices related to the third party returns program.
