Qualifications

• 1-3 years of logistics/transportation experience.
• Experience with a diverse carrier base.
• Ability to enter data in logistics software accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze return trends and recommend process improvements.
• Design and maintain return processes and workflows.
• Coordinate return shipments with carriers and warehouses.
• Own and update Return SOPs for compliance across teams.
• Determine disposition of returned goods based on analysis.
• Approve returns within financial thresholds and flag high-risk cases.
• Analyze costs and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare dashboards and KPIs for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives in reverse logistics.
• Serve as SME for reverse logistics best practices.
