Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned leader to drive pricing transformation, CPQ, and revenue lifecycle initiatives in our Cleveland, OH area. You will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Product, and IT to define and execute strategic roadmaps that improve margin, quote quality, and cash flow.

The role demands deep expertise in pricing technologies and enterprise platforms, with a focus on scalable, value-based pricing and governance across global programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience in consulting, commercial transformation, pricing, sales operations, or related field.
• Experience leading CPQ, pricing, Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash, or broader revenue transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of product/service configuration, pricing, costing, discounting, approvals, quoting, and renewals.
• Ability to translate executive objectives into operating models and measurable outcomes.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Pricing, CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash, Revenue Lifecycle Management, and Sales Transformation programs.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Product, Operations, Legal, Customer Service, and IT to set the transformation agenda.
• Facilitate executive workshops, frame strategic choices, resolve cross-functional issues, and translate ambition into sequenced roadmaps.
• Shape pricing strategy and commercial excellence, including price architecture, discount frameworks, and value-based pricing.
• Define future-state CPQ capabilities and scalable global process blueprints.
