Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead pricing and revenue transformation initiatives across client organizations. You will drive end-to-end CPQ, pricing, and quote-to-cash programs, partnering with senior leaders to set strategic agendas and translate ambitions into actionable roadmaps.

You will design pricing architectures, discount frameworks, and value-based strategies while guiding platform selections, governance, and adoption.

Qualifications

12+ years' experience in consulting, commercial transformation, pricing, sales operations, revenue operations, product management, or related field.
Experience leading CPQ, pricing, Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash initiatives.
Strong knowledge of product/service configuration, pricing, costing, discounting, approvals, quoting, and renewals.
Experience translating executive objectives into operating models, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Pricing, CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash, Revenue Lifecycle Management, and Sales Transformation programs.
Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Pricing, Finance, Product, Operations, Legal, Customer Service, and IT to set transformation agenda.
Facilitate executive workshops, frame strategic choices, and translate ambition into sequenced roadmaps.
Design pricing strategies, monetization models, discount frameworks, and value-based pricing approaches.
Define target-state CPQ capabilities including configuration, costing, approvals, and proposal generation.
Lead platform evaluations and architecture decisions across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and analytics.
Develop executive-level business cases quantifying revenue growth, margin improvement, and value realization.
Oversee delivery, adoption, and ongoing value realization across global rollouts.
