Gong, a leader in AI-powered revenue intelligence, seeks a Commercial Revenue Architect to partner with senior GTM leaders. You will design and implement tailored revenue strategies, diagnose bottlenecks, and architect AI-driven workflows that align Gong’s capabilities with each client’s revenue processes.

You will guide adoption, quantify business outcomes, and manage renewals within a collaborative, high-growth environment.

Formación

• 1-3+ years in a client-facing delivery or consulting role requiring structured problem-solving and process/workflow design.
• Currently located in Gong's hub locations (SF, SLC, ATX, CHI, or NYC).
• Strong structured problem-solving skills with exposure to scoping and delivering transformation initiatives.
• Track record engaging stakeholders and discussing business priorities beyond product usage.

Responsabilidades

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: co-design and execute tailored revenue strategies with senior GTM executives.
• Diagnostic Scoping & Discovery: identify bottlenecks and align executives on a change plan.
• Workflow Architecture & Solution Design: model AI-driven operational workflows aligned to revenue processes.
• Adoption & Change Management: drive executive adoption and embed Gong into daily rhythms.
• Value Realization: quantify measurable business outcomes for your accounts.
• Renewal and Expansion Management: own renewal execution and credit consumption.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: remove barriers to transformation.
