Qualifications

• 2+ years managing CS/AM/PS teams in a B2B SaaS company.
• 6–10+ years in customer-facing roles (CSM, AM, Implementation, or similar).
• Experience with Financial Services or Healthcare customers.
• Proven track record coaching others to engage senior stakeholders (VP/C-suite).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing Revenue Architect team.
• Design and oversee revenue transformation strategies with GTM leaders.
• Guide adoption and change management across enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing for seamless customer experience.
• Own renewal and expansion strategy for the team.
