Job summary

Wonder Group, INC is seeking a Manager, Revenue Systems to bridge GTM and engineering teams in a hybrid role. You will own backlog, draft detailed requirements, and coordinate Jira-driven delivery across Salesforce, Pardot, Gong, Chili Piper, and telephony tools.

You will synthesize metrics for Monthly Business Reviews, drive system adoption, and manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-ROI revenue tech projects with clarity and momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Salesforce ecosystem as a Business Systems Analyst, RevOps PM, or similar.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and revenue systems.
• Proven agile delivery, JIRA backlog management, and SDLC familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog management, sprint planning, and quarterly project planning.
• Translate business requests into BRDs, process flows, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead liaison between GTM stakeholders and technical teams to manage scope and delivery.
• Oversee UAT lifecycle and deliver MBRS on system ROI and health.
