Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Revenue Systems Engineer to own and optimize the GTM technology stack beyond CRM basics, building hands-on expertise across the CRM, CPQ, and CS tools. You will ensure data integrity, robust access controls, and scalable automation, growing toward architectural leadership.

Qualifications

1–3 years hands-on building and maintaining an object-oriented CRM system.
Salesforce Administrator certification (or path to it) is a strong plus; HubSpot CRM experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Administer and improve the GTM stack: users, objects, fields, workflows, automations, integrations, and data hygiene.
Manage access and security at the data layer with granular controls using profiles and permission sets.
Build automation that enforces deal-stage gates, territory and eligibility logic, and sales process workflows.
Collaborate on architecture with Rev Ops regarding CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS systems integration.
Tackle adjacent tools (sales engagement, CS platforms, enrichment) with systems-thinking.
Document SOPs and process documentation for owned systems.
