Job summary

UpGuard is hiring for a Revenue Systems role that goes beyond CRM specialization. You will own the GTM technology stack, starting hands-on and growing into architectural ownership across CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS integrations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on building and maintaining an object-oriented CRM system.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (or a clear path) and HubSpot CRM experience are strong pluses.
• Ability to articulate CRM architecture decisions beyond just completing tickets.
• Comfort with permission models and API-driven actions in an AI-enabled stack.
• General systems mindset across GTM tools and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the GTM stack: users, objects, fields, workflows, automations, integrations.
• Own data layer access controls using profiles, permission sets, and field-level security.
• Build automation enforcing deal stages, handoffs, territory logic, and workflows.
• Collaborate on architecture with Rev Ops for CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS systems.
• Handle adjacent tools and apply systems thinking across vendors.
• Document SOPs and process guidance for the systems owned.
