Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Revenue Systems engineer to own the GTM technology stack, building from the ground up rather than just maintaining a CRM. You will start hands-on administering tooling and progress toward architectural ownership across CRM, CPQ, and related apps.

This role suits someone who thinks in systems, values data integrity, and uses AI agents and APIs to streamline processes. We offer a fully remote environment with generous learning allowances and a clear path to senior systems

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience building and maintaining a CRM system.
• Strong understanding of object models, permissions, and automation patterns.
• Experience with Salesforce Admin certification or HubSpot CRM is a plus.
• Ability to translate written directions into architecture decisions.
• Comfort with data access controls and API-driven actions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve GTM stack, manage users, objects, fields, workflows.
• Design data access controls and ensure permission scope is respected.
• Create automations for deal-stage gates and territory logic.
• Collaborate with Rev Ops on CRM, CPQ/billing, CS integrations.
• Document SOPs and system processes.
