Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Revenue Systems Architect to own and optimize our GTM tech stack, deploy tools, rewrite routing rules, and safeguard data integrity across our global sales org. You’ll work in the weeds daily to turn strategy into reliable operations.

You’ll partner with Finance and Marketing, automate repetitive tasks, document changes, and train the operations team so forecasting rests on clean data. A proactive, detail‑driven builder mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical RevOps, CRM dev, or GTM systems role in a complex B2B environment.
• Hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, CPQ tools, and data enrichment platforms.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and API integrations.
• Ability to translate vague sales feedback into concrete technical fixes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy changes within the CRM and GTM tech stack for scalable operations.
• Independently identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks in sales processes.
• Govern data integrity with validation rules, audits, and integration syncs.
• Partner with Finance and Marketing to ensure data flows from lead capture to revenue recognition.
• Write clear technical documentation and train the operations team on new functionality.
