Job summary

UpGuard is redefining cyber risk management through AI-enabled GTM systems. We seek a systems-minded professional to own the full GTM tech stack beyond a single CRM, ensuring secure data access and scalable automation across tools.

You’ll shape architecture, work with Rev Ops, and drive cross-system projects while enabling AI-driven processes in a fully remote environment. This role offers growth toward systems ownership on the Revenue Systems team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on building and maintaining an object-oriented CRM system.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (or path) is a strong plus; HubSpot CRM experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated CRM architecture perspective: object relationships, permission models, automation patterns.
• You execute reliably against written instruction and raise a hand with a better idea.
• Deep comfort with the permission model: profiles, permission sets, field-level security; API/agent actions run with authenticated user permissions.
• General systems mindset; comfortable with cross-tool projects beyond CRM.
• AI/Claude mindset: used LLM tooling and consider agents in an ops workflow.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the GTM stack: users, objects, fields, workflows, automations, integrations, validation logic, data hygiene.
• Own access and security at the data layer with granular controls; ensure AI agent actions respect permission scopes.
• Build automation for deal-stage gates, handoffs, territory logic, and workflow actions to keep the sales process clean.
• Partner with Rev Ops on CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS system integration and grow architectural ownership.
• Work across systems beyond CRM; take on projects in adjacent tools and apply systems thinking.
• Document SOPs and process documentation for owned systems.
