Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Revenue Systems-focused specialist to own the GTM tooling, starting hands-on with administration and progressing toward architectural ownership across the GTM tech stack.

You will work on CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS integrations, shaping data access, security, and automation while leveraging AI agents and APIs to streamline workflows in a remote-ready, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years building and maintaining an object-oriented CRM system.
• Salesforce or HubSpot experience is ideal.
• Ability to articulate CRM object relationships and permission models.
• Comfort with API-based actions and AI agents in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve GTM stack — users, objects, fields, workflows, automations, integrations, validation logic, data hygiene.
• Own data-layer access and security with granular permission controls.
• Build automation for deal-stage gates, handoffs, territory logic, and workflow actions.
• Partner on architecture with Rev Ops for CRM, CPQ/billing, and CS systems integration.
• Work across systems beyond CRM (sales engagement, CS platforms, enrichment).
• Document SOPs and process documentation for owned systems.
