Job summary

Suntory Wellness Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketplace to own and drive commercial performance across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company’s own eCommerce site.

You will manage day-to-day operations, pricing, promotions, and platform participation to deliver revenue growth and healthy margins. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and other commercial teams to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy and optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, eCommerce or related field.
• 3–5 years in eCommerce, digital commerce or marketplace management with hands-on platform experience.
• Experience managing marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or Amazon.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets across marketplace platforms and own the company’s own eCommerce site.
• Lead day-to-day marketplace management including listings, pricing, promotions and platform participation.
• Optimize visibility, search ranking and store metrics within marketplace ecosystems.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, customer service and commercial teams to drive growth.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns and key events (e.g., 3.3, 6.6, 11.11, 12.12).
• Prepare performance reports and insights for management, focusing on revenue, conversion and profitability.
