Job summary

MURAL is seeking a seasoned Revenue leader to architect and drive our revenue strategy, operations, and GTM systems. You will partner with the CRO and senior leadership to translate strategy into scalable, data-driven initiatives and to accelerate growth across all GTM functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in revenue strategy and operations.
• Track record of optimizing sales processes, implementing new systems, and improving performance.
• Strong expertise in GTM strategy, revenue planning, and operational execution.
• Background in SaaS or technology industries; experience with scaling and mature organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead revenue strategy, revenue operations, GTM systems, and sales enablement.
• Report to the Chief Revenue Officer and partner with CRO and GTM leadership.
• Direct and coach Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, and sales enablement teams.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights to CRO and senior leadership.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture and drive measurable results.
• Balance strategic thinking with execution to turn plans into outcomes.
