Job summary

Mural, a leading visual collaboration platform, seeks a seasoned revenue leader to architect and drive growth across revenue strategy, operations, GTM systems, and sales enablement.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will guide a high-impact team, align GTM across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, and deliver strategic insights plus scalable initiatives that accelerate performance for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue strategy and operations, with scaling experience.
• SaaS/tech industry background; scaling and mature orgs preferred.
• Expert in GTM strategy, revenue planning, and execution.
• Proven track record optimizing sales processes and systems.
• Strong forecasting and analytics of sales performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.
• Proficient with AI-driven tools to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic revenue strategies unifying GTM planning, sales enablement, and operational priorities.
• Partner with CRO and GTM leadership to translate vision into execution.
• Lead Revenue Operations with performance analysis, process optimization, and rollout of new systems.
• Head sales enablement to increase seller productivity, skill growth, and customer engagement.
• Direct the GTM Systems team on system strategy, administration, optimization, and rollout of tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance for alignment.
• Deliver executive reporting, business reviews, and actionable insights to CRO and leadership.
• Foster a high-performing team culture; empower reports to innovate and drive results.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to turn plans into outcomes.
