Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Reconciliation Specialist to manage reconciliation activities for assigned customer accounts and resolve deductions and claims. You will collaborate with Trade, Finance, and Customer Service to drive action plans and minimize deductions.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, and strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in revenue reconciliation, deduction management, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Digital and data-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
