Job summary

NPAworldwide in Milwaukee seeks a finance professional focused on revenue recognition and close. You will oversee multiple revenue streams including Software License, Maintenance, Transaction Processing, and Professional Services, driving accurate accounting for a high volume of contracts.

You will also manage offshore resources, support month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and analyze revenue trends for variance reporting to FP&A and Billing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• CPA or equivalent preferred
• Strong organizational, team-building and mentoring skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to design, document and implement process improvements
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue recognition for multiple streams and high-volume contracts
• Coordinate with offshore resources supporting the revenue recognition process
• Manage month-end close timelines and reporting
• Review journal entries and reconciliations related to revenue and receivables
• Analyze revenue trends and variances and discuss with FP&A/Billing/Corporate Accounting
