Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a finance professional to lead revenue recognition across multiple Lines of Business and products in a high-volume contract environment. The role requires deep accounting knowledge, financial analysis skills, and the ability to manage offshore resources effectively.

The candidate will handle contract-specific accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L presentation, while collaborating with FP&A, Billing, and Corporate Accounting during month-end close.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle financial systems, Hyperion/Essbase reporting tools and strong Excel skills.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Requires strong organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills.
• Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks.
• Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form.
• Ability to design, document and implement process improvements.
• Strong system management/control experience.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and their application in a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead/drive revenue recognition for multiple Lines of Business/Products with high contract volume.
• Manage offshore resources supporting revenue recognition activities.
• Maintain detailed focus on contract accounting, balance sheet positions and P&L presentation.
• Analyze revenue trends and forecast variances for FP&A, Billing, and Corporate Accounting.
• Support month-end close timelines and internal reporting.
