Harness is seeking a Revenue Accounting Lead to own the ASC 606 close, manage contracts review, and drive revenue policy compliance. You will partner across DealOps, FP&A, Legal, and Product, ensuring accurate journal entries and audit readiness.

You will implement scalable workflows, enhance data flows into NetSuite, and mentor junior team members while maintaining a strong internal control environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6+ years of revenue accounting experience with ASC 606 in SaaS/software.
• Experience in private and public company settings or public-ready audits.
• Hands-on month-end close ownership and audit coordination.
• Strong internal controls and SOX experience.
• Ability to automate and improve revenue close processes.

Aufgaben

• Own monthly revenue close process and contracts review under ASC 606.
• Prepare revenue journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses with audit trails.
• Lead coordination with external auditors and PBC schedules.
• Maintain SOX-compliant policies and control Narratives.
• Develop automated revenue schedules and reporting templates.
